CSV Import auto-fill

Drop in a job CSV and every field, feature, nominal, tolerance and tool fills itself in.

job_number, part_number, rev, operation, machine, material, feature, nominal, plus_tol, minus_tol, units, tool, notes

One row per feature. First row's job fields apply to the whole job.

Features & Tolerances

Add features by hand, or they appear here after a CSV import.

Run Plan — Step by Step new

Block by block, tool to tool. What the machine does, what YOU do at each stop, what to watch for. This is your setup sheet.

Tool Life Tracker

Log parts against each tool. Bars go green → amber → red so you change inserts before they crash a part.

No tools yet. Add your first one below.

Add / Edit Tool

Tap +1 / +10 on a card as parts come off. New edge resets the counter.

Offset Calculator

Enter what the print says and what you measured. It tells you exactly what to change and by how much.

Result

Where you sit in the tolerance band, and the fix.

Enter values and hit Calculate.

Quick Reference

Part measures BIG (over nominal)Move offset NEGATIVE by the difference
Part measures SMALL (under nominal)Move offset POSITIVE by the difference
Diameter off by X on a latheAdjust wear offset by X (diameter programs as diameter)
Drift creeping one directionCheck insert edge — likely worn, index it

Speeds & Feeds Calculator interactive

Pick the material, enter the tool. Starting numbers — your ears finish the job.

RPM = (CS × 3.82) ÷ D  ·  IPM = RPM × IPT × flutes. Chatter? Change RPM ±10–20%, don't just slow the feed.

Aerospace Materials

Starting speeds with carbide. Match IPT to tool size — a 1/2" load snaps a 1/8" tool.

Radius From an Arc

Mic the chord (width) and the sagitta (height of the arc). Get the radius.

Bolt Circle

BCD + hole count gives hole spacing and every hole's X/Y from center.

Taper

Two diameters + length between them. Taper per foot and angles.

Sine Bar Stack

Give angle + bar length for the stack — or stack + length for the angle.

Countersink Depth

Diameter + included angle gives full depth to the sharp point.

3-Wire Thread Check

60° UN external. TPI suggests the best wire; pitch dia. from your print or wires chart.
